Data collection
We collect data that you submit through forms and other interactive activities. We do not collect analytics or other usage data.
Data usage
We use the data we collect as part of the site's functionality. For example, the data we collect from workshop applications allows us to facilitate the workshops.
Data and information sharing
We do not sell your data to advertisers or other such external organizations. We may, however, share aggregate/average data with internal and affiliated organizations.
We also share data with third party service providers, such as Google Sites, as this is necessary to run this site.
We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials to enforce and comply with the law. We may therefore disclose personal information, usage data, message data, and any other information about you, if we deem that it is reasonably necessary to:
satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process (such as a subpoena or court order), or enforceable governmental request;
enforce Terms of Use, including investigation of potential violations thereof;
detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; or
protect against harm to our rights, property, or safety, its users or the public, as required or permitted by law.
Personally Identifiable Information
In general, we try to avoid collecting Personally Identifiable Information (PII). In some situations, however, it is necessary to do so as part of the functionality of the site.
We take appropriate measures to protect your PII, but you should note that it is impossible to completely guarantee that user data will be immune from malicious attack or compromise. As such, you should understand that your transmission of personal data is always at your own risk.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
We might make changes to our privacy policy from time-to-time. You should periodically revisit the policy for any updates.
